Komorebi Signature Charcoal Dark Roast¥850
Notes of toasted cedar, raw cacao & caramelized molasses特選 炭火深煎り
In the gentle interplay of cedar lattice and seasonal shadows, time slows to the unhurried warmth of Kishu oak binchotan and hand-thrown stoneware.

A kissaten shaped by fire, spring water and the patient fall of a single drop.
Founded four decades ago in the secluded shadow of Mount Daimonji, Komorebi was conceived as a silent refuge along the Philosopher’s Path. Here, Kishu oak embers roast aged beans, Higashiyama spring water is brought to a whisper, and hand-sewn flannel cradles each extraction into stoneware.
